My approach to therapy is to integrate specific techniques from different modalities, based on the needs and desires of the individual. Some of the therapeutic modalities I incorporate into the treatment process include; Client-Centered Therapy, Rational-Emotive Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Transpersonal Therapy.
