What is a Spiritual Doula?

A doula is a keeper of sacred space, a steady presence who walks alongside you during times of immense transition. As a Spiritual Doula, I merge two decades of clinical psychotherapeutic expertise with personal spiritual training and advanced training in transpersonal psychology to assist you as you birth a new way of being.

This program is a specialized, non-clinical offering designed specifically for individuals looking to embark on a conscious spiritual path, integrate mystical or transcendent experiences, or gently untangle confusion within their spiritual lives.

• Clinical Rigor: With a graduate degree from Loyola University Chicago, an undergraduate foundation from Northwestern University, and 20 years of practice as a licensed psychotherapist, I bring a grounded, ethical, and deeply psychological framework to our work.
• Transpersonal Mastery: My advanced training from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology allows me to view your journey through a lens that honors the soul, the psyche, and the interconnectedness of all things.
• Lived Wisdom: Beyond my academic and clinical credentials, this program is informed by over 20 years of my own dedicated personal growth and psycho-spiritual education. I do not guide you anywhere I have not traveled myself.

• Includes one in-person/video session 45 minutes per week, one 15 minute check-in calls, daily text, weekly homework assignments, final capstone project
